Considering the huge success that Call of Duty: Modern Warfare has had, it shouldn’t come as a surprise to find out that Treyarch is under massive pressure to deliver with its Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War title that is scheduled to launch later this month. The expectations are through the roof and Treyarch is currently testing the game through an open beta program that invites all fans to check out the game’s weapons, mechanics, and maps.
Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War Pre-Release Update
Fans of the Call of Duty franchise are worried that the upcoming Black Ops Cold War title is not going to be as fun as the latest Modern Warfare. Treyarch wants to let everyone know that they shouldn’t draw final conclusions since the game is still in beta and will receive many improvements. In fact, the game publisher has revealed the full patch notes for Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War’s upcoming pre-release update.

There have also been some changes to Fireteam: Dirty Bomb, a new mode for Black Ops Cold War. Players can now sprint while equipping Armor Plates, call for help when down, and there have been a range of improvements and fixes made to the mode in general.

Scores have been re-tuned across the game, and there’s a new score bonus threshold at 10 and 15-kill streaks. Now, higher kill streaks will feel more rewarding.
