Apple is doing everything it can to make it impossible for developers to create jailbreak tools. Every update that the Cupertino based tech giant releases come with a slew of security fixes that are designed specially to tackle jailbreak tools. Not just that, but Apple is also offering significant cash rewards as bounties for security breaches that third-party developers might find in iOS.
Despite all of Apple’s efforts, the iOS jailbreak community is not willing to give up. In fact, the renowned iPhone hacking team called “Unc0ver” has released a new jailbreak tool that unlocks iOS 13.5. This is impressive news because no one expected the folks behind the “Unc0ver” moniker to crack Apple’s latest operating system so soon.
iOS 13.5 Jailbreak Tool is Now Available
It’s been less than one week since Apple launched iOS 13.5 and now, a new jailbreak tool is already available for download. Unfortunately, the hackers are not willing to share any details about the security exploit that they are using to launch the jailbreak tool.
Although, this was to be expected because once they announce what vulnerability they found in Apple’s “firewall”, the Cupertino based tech giant is going to fix it as soon as possible.
What Does Jailbreaking an iPhone Do?
If you are not familiar with the benefits of jailbreak tools, then you should know that they can be used to access apps and services that Apple doesn’t agree with. This is all possible through the Cydia downloader that features millions of useful apps and tools that do not necessarily fit in Apple’s ruleset.
However, we want to mention that jailbreaking iPhones is not advised. There are many things that can go wrong and if you are not tech-savvy, then you will have a difficult time fixing the problems. In addition, your iPhone’s warranty can be voided.
