Even though it’s been only three months since Oppo introduced the A93 model, this doesn’t mean that the tech giant is planning to take a break. Quite the opposite! A brand-new leak has revealed that Oppo is adding the finishing touches to a 5G-enabled version of A93 that is scheduled to launch during the upcoming months. With that said, today we will check out everything there is to know about the next-gen smartphone.
Oppo A93 5G Gets Leaked
Right from the start, we want to mention that the leaked press renders for A93 5G (featured above) reveal that the smartphone looks different than the 4G model. Therefore, this leads us to believe that the new model will ship with superior hardware specs and a more expensive price.
The smartphone is equipped with a curved screen that features a punch-hole for the selfie camera. What’s even more interesting is that the rear camera setup is housed inside a rectangular budge, similar to Apple’s latest iPhone models.
Under the Hood
Fortunately for us and all other smartphone fans, the full hardware specs sheet for the new smartphone has also been leaked. Thanks to this, we know that the A93 5G will be fueled by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 480 SoC. This is one of the most powerful mobile processors available on the market and it proves to use that A93 5G will have what it takes to handle heavy-duty tasks with ease.
The smartphone will run on Google’s Android 11 operating system right out of the box and it will feature 8GB of RAM. That’s not all. We also want to mention that A93 5G will provide 250GB of internal storage space and that its display measures in at 6.5-inches. The display uses FullHD+ and it is more than likely paired with AMOLED technology.
